Google has introduced a new payment system that will allow users to make online payments without having to enter their credit card details. Pay with Google is companies own payment system that will allow quick checkout option for Android and Chrome browser users.
A user can easily make payment to one of the participating vendors without requiring the user to enter their credit card details instead Google will simply auto-send your billing information to the trusted vendors.
The service is similar to Paypal but is backed by the search giant Google. Currently the service is available for a limited number of participating vendors, which include Papa John‘s, Kayak, Eat24, Airbnb, StubHub, and Yelp etc. Google already planning to add more participating vendors soon.
In order to make it easier for the developer to integrate Pay with Google the company has already partnered with payment providers like Adyen, Braintree, Vantiv and Stripe. Google has promised to add more payment provider options.
To avail this service user can use any credit or debit cards and add it to their Google Account or Google services like Google Play, Chrome, Android Pay and YouTube. The user will not be asked to enter their payment info or shipping address as these details will be collected and sent to the merchant by Google. Users will have to make sure that the provided shipping details are correct to avoid any shipment troubles.
