Samsung Note series is undoubtedly one of the best selling smart phones until some exploding battery issues in Samsung Galaxy Note 7. The device not only plagued the Samsung Note Series but also resulted in huge loss to the company. After the Galaxy Note 7 disaster it was assumed that Samsung will discontinue its Note Series but unexpectedly the Samsung has officially announced that they are working on Samsung Note 8 which will be launched in last quarter of 2017.

In an interview the Samsung Mobile chief DJ Koh mentioned that Samsung is working on Note 8 device and will rebuild its Note Series image. The company who had to recall its Note 7 devices due to battery faults has put immense efforts to find the cause of battery explosion. Samsung R&D department is busy in designing Note 8 to regain consumer trust for their Samsung Note 8.

Samsung has been recently working on a voice assistant named Bixby. Both Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Note 8 are expected to include a built-in male voice assistant (Bixby). The new Note 8 is expected to have a 5.7 inch 4K Ultra HD resolution display. 4K Ultra HD display will be a boost for the virtual reality (VR) accessories. 4K display will result in a much sharper display and will definitely be welcomed by high end device users.
Other features that are expected from Samsung Note 8 are Snapdragon 835 3.2 GHz processor, Qualcomm® Quick Charge™ 4 technology Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display protection, 6GB or 8GB RAM, 64 and 128GB internal memory with a support of memory card up to 256GB, 12 Megapixel Camera, Iris scanner and fingerprint scanner.
