Apple Inc. unveiled its latest iPhones line at an event that was held on September 12, 2017. This was the first ever event at the Steve Jobs Theater at its Cupertino, California campus. The latest iPhone included iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X.
It was announced that iPhone X will be available for pre-orders starting from October 27 and shipping will start from November 3, but according to latest news iPhone X fans will have to wait longer due to a major issue with one of the key features.
The news comes from one of the most reliable source MacRumors that iPhone X which is one of the most expensive phone till date is having major problems with mass production of its “TrueDepth” camera sensor.
This is the same technology which is responsible for Face ID. Face ID is one of the key features of iPhone X and the one that left Apple embarrassed in front of audience during the demo.
Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo revealed to MacRumors that due to mass production issues iPhone X will be available in very limited stock in 2017. It seems that IPhone X user will have to wait for 2018 to get their hands on iPhone X.
